Eddie Wang Instruments (EWI) builds instruments designed to last lifetimes. And we know that things happen. If there are questions, please reach out to us and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
Here is our standard warranty: EWI warrants all products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase for the original purchaser. Product must be purchased direct or from an authorized dealer to be covered under warranty. If service is necessary and covered under warranty, EWI will replace or repair the defective merchandise at no charge. Amplifiers that are over one (1) year of age may still be covered at the discretion of EWI. Warranty does not cover misuse or service performed by anyone other than Eddie Wang Instruments.
